testi josh ba 7 Day Belly Blast Diet ReviewIn this 7 Day Belly Blast Diet review I’m going to share with you my experiences with the diet program and what I really thought about it.  The 7 Day Belly Blast Diet created by Josh Bezoni is one of those rare diet programs that comes along and completely revolutionizes the way we eat.  I’m sure that you’ve come across one of those celebrity fad diets that everybody seems to be talking about and the truth of the matter is that they’re pretty much a waste of time and energy.  I’ll be the first to admit that you can temporarily lose belly fat with them but in the end you’ll just end up right back where you started.

It’s really a shame that people fall for celebrity endorsements and such when it comes to diet programs but the advantage with the 7 Day Belly Blast Diet is that it’ll help you lose weight fast but it’ll also help you develop healthy eating habits that will keep you lean forever.  And trust me after you do everything prescribed in this program for 7 days you’ll see the inches come off your belly and you’ll jump start your success rate.  I also think it’s a great idea to set smaller goals at first like completing a 7 day fat loss diet and then taking it from there and with the 7 Day Belly Blast Diet you’re going to do just that.  But like I said earlier, this program is designed to get you to drop belly fat fast and then keep it coming off until you’re at your idea body weight.

Lose Belly Fat 7 Day Belly Blast Diet Review

Another part I really like about the belly blast diet is that you’re not going to be starving your body while you’re on it.  Many diets just completely cut out your calories for the entire duration of the program and you’re body simply isn’t meant to work that way.  Instead Bezoni focuses on calorie confusion and this is his own personal system that he gives us that’ll allow us to take in different calories on different days to confuse our bodies into losing weight.  There are some days when you’re not going to be eating much food but you’re not going to be like throughout the entire diet, which is awesome.  Instead you’ll have to go through a series of different diet intake days that’ll quickly confuse your body into burning belly fat while you’re not tearing your hair out with hunger.

The one thing I found lacking in my 7 Day Belly Blast Diet review was the fact that it didn’t come with a training program but that’s really okay because it allows you to put 100% of your focus onto the dieting for the week.  Besides I really don’t think it’s the greatest idea to be exercising too intensely at first because you’ll put your body into a feeding state to replenish all the calories that you just used up in your workout and you’ll just end up eating more.  But if you’re already on an exercise program than keep going with that as you proceed with the 7 Day Belly Blast Diet.

That’s pretty much it for my 7 Day Belly Blast Diet review and I hope that it has helped you make up your mind to whether or not you should be doing it.  It’s a fantastic program if you’re looking to jumpstart your results and get the ideal body that you’re looking for.  Even though you’ll quickly lose belly fat in one week you’ll still be implementing healthy habits into your lifestyle that will eventually get you to your ideal body size and weight.
